Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor for Sta. Rosa Gateway Toplite (SRGT). The role focuses on driving store sales, merchandising, and daily operations in Sta.Rosa, Laguna.

You will lead a team, ensure compliance with standards, and deliver excellent customer service. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree, Filipino and English language proficiency, and at least 5 years in retail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field is required.
• Languages: Filipino and English.
• 5 years of working experience in retail industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize & arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline employees; monitor and appraise job responsibilities.
• Provide constructive guidance to team on effective operations.
• Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stocking and order own-use items and small notes as needed.
• Complete, update and report (Sales, New Staff Hiring, Assignment, Case) to HQ and Superior.
• Send documents related to HQ and Superior.
• Work within established guidelines and SOP.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
