Job summary

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales growth and achievement.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations run smoothly.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize merchandise in selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Ensure store compliance and safety.
• Recruit, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor performance.
• Provide guidance to team on operations.
• Protect employees and customers with a safe store environment.
• Cash daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order supplies.
• Prepare reports to HQ and Superior.
• Submit documents to HQ.
• Work according to SOP.
• Other duties as assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
