Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor for the RTM Ayala Malls Circuit (Flagship). You will oversee daily store operations, drive sales growth, set up displays, and lead a team to deliver excellent customer service.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, fluency in Filipino and English, and at least 5 years in retail. You will ensure SOPs are followed and maintain a safe, tidy environment while coaching staff and reporting to HQ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field required.
• Fluency in Filipino and English.
• Minimum 5 years in the retail industry.
• Supervisor level experience preferred; 5+ years considered.
• Willing to work at Ayala Malls Circuit (Flagship).

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales growth and achievement.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Manage daily store operations and staff performance.
• Keep the store clean and organized.
• Greet and serve customers; ensure excellent service.
• Ensure legal compliance and store reputation.
• Recruit, train, coach, and discipline staff; review performance.
• Provide guidance for efficient operations.
• Maintain safe, clean store environment for employees and customers.
• Handle daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed; manage small notes.
• Prepare reports on sales, staffing, and tasks to HQ and supervisor.
• Submit documents to HQ and supervisor; follow SOPs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Assistant/Branch Manager.
