MR DIY Philippines in the San Andres Catanduanes area is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor to drive sales and oversee store operations. The role requires ensuring a clean, organized shopping environment and smooth daily activities.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 5 years in retail, and fluency in Filipino and English, with strong leadership, coaching, and merchandising skills. This position is based in San Andres Catanduanes and reports to the Branch Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5 years of working experience in the retail industry.
• Fluent in Filipino and English.
• Strong organizational, leadership, communications, people management, coaching and merchandising skills.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling areas.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store safety and compliance with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline staff; monitor and appraise performance.
• Provide guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Pr​otect employees and customers by maintaining a safe and clean environment.
• Handle daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Report sales, new staff, assignments and cases to HQ and superior.
