MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor for our Cabadbaran branch to drive sales and ensure smooth daily operations. You will set up gondolas, organize merchandise, greet customers, and coach staff to uphold high standards of service and store presentation.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 5 years in retail, and strong organizational, leadership, and people management skills, with fluency in Filipino and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree is required.
• Fluency in Filipino and English.
• 5 years of experience in the Retail industry.
• Strong organizational, leadership, communications, and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store safety and compliance with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline staff; monitor and appraise job responsibilities.
• Provide guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Protect employees and customers by maintaining a safe and clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stocking and ordering items as needed.
• Update and report Sales, New Staff Hiring, Assignment, and Cases to HQ and Superior.
• Submit documents to HQ and Superior.
• Work within guidelines and SOPs.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Assistant/Branch Manager.
