The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the Retail Industry and possess a Bachelor's degree in any field. Responsibilities include managing store sales, ensuring smooth operations, organizing merchandise, and maintaining a clean environment. Fluency in Filipino and English is required, along with strong leadership and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 5 years of working experience in the Retail Industry.
• Must be fluent in Filipino and English.
• Preferably has Supervisor experience.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize merchandise in the selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store stability by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, train, and discipline employees.
• Provide constructive guidance to the team.
• Protect employees and customers by ensuring a clean environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items needed.
• Report to HQ and superiors.
• Work within established guidelines and SOP.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by management.
