Qualifications

• Preferably supervisor with 5+ years in sales/retail.
• Amenable to work in Carmen, Bohol.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize merchandise in the selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, train, coach, discipline staff; monitor and appraise duties.
• Provide guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment for employees and customers.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Complete and report sales, staffing, and assignments to HQ.
• Send documents to HQ and Superior.
• Follow SOP and guidelines.
• Handle other duties assigned by Asst/Branch Manager.
