The ideal candidate has supervisory or cashier experience, a target-driven attitude, and the ability to coach beauty/wellness team members. Mall-based schedules and full-time employment are offered.

Qualifications

• At least six (6) months of experience in a supervisory role or as a cashier.
• Target-driven with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Experienced in leading and coaching a team of skilled professionals (e.g., waxing, brow, or nail technicians).
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including mall-based hours.
• Prior experience in retail, beauty, wellness, or related industries is preferred.
