Job summary

R2 Group of Exclusive Brands is seeking a Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, manage staff, and deliver outstanding customer service.

You will lead a sales-driven team in mall-based environments, train and coach colleagues, and adapt to flexible schedules. Openings are nationwide, with assignments near your residence.

Qualifications

• At least six (6) months of experience in a supervisory role or as a cashier
• Target-driven with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
• Experienced in leading and coaching a team of skilled professionals (e.g., waxing, brow, or nail technicians)
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including mall-based hours
• Prior experience in retail, beauty, wellness, or related industries is preferred
