Job summary

R2 Group of Exclusive Brands is seeking a Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, lead and motivate a sales team, and drive sales while delivering excellent customer service.

Openings are nationwide with assignments to locations closest to the candidate's residence. Full-time role with competitive pay and benefits, including training and transportation allowances and a 13th-month pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months in a supervisory or cashier role.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Experience leading and coaching a team of professionals (e.g., waxing, brow, nails).
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including mall hours.
• Experience in retail, beauty, wellness or related industries preferred.
