edamama, Philippines' #1 e-commerce platform for parents, seeks a Store Supervisor to lead retail operations across Robinsons malls and provincial stores. You will drive sales, manage costs, and oversee inventory to ensure smooth daily operations.

The role requires a college degree, strong leadership, and excellent communication, with hands-on supervision of a leading retail store. Based in QC area with growth as our store network expands.

Responsibilities

• Guarantee achievement of minimum 90% of monthly sales target.
• Optimize store-level spending to balance operational costs with revenue and maintain healthy net margins.
• Drive sales growth through localized marketing and mall-wide promotions.
• Ensure team alignment with internal and external protocols to prevent lapses and fines.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and monitor replenishment for stock depth.
• Maintain the store in an 'optimal-ready' state by reporting maintenance needs early.

What You'll Do

Sales & Revenue Growth

• Guarantee achievement of minimum 90% of their monthly sales target

• Optimize store-level spending to balance operational costs with revenue, ensuring healthy net margins.

• Driving sales growth through proactive participation in localized marketing and mall-wide promotions.

Operational Excellence and Compliance

• Guarantees total team alignment with internal and external protocols to prevent operational lapses and associated fines.

• Facilitates regular inventory counts and monitoring to ensure optimal stock depth and replenishment efficiency.

• Maintains the store in an "optimal-ready" state by identifying and reporting maintenance needs early to prevent costly property damage.

Team Management

• Inspires a positive workplace environment through the consistent communication of brand values, leading to enhanced service standards.

• Actively monitors and coaches individual team members to drive the achievement of personalized sales targets and professional growth.

• Employs strategic reinforcement to motivate the team, ensuring that high standards are rewarded and that no procedural deviations are condoned.

What We're Looking For

• At least graduate with a college degree

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Possesses a hunger for success and strong motivation to achieve committed targets

• Knowledge with using MS tools specifically Word and Excel

• Supervisory experience in a leading retail store is essential
