Responsibilities

• Lead & Motivate: Support the Store Supervisor in managing and inspiring a team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Sales & Inventory Management: Monitor sales performance, track stock levels, and coordinate timely replenishments to meet demand.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze sales trends, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Customer Engagement: Act as a brand ambassador, gathering customer feedback and sharing insights with the head office to improve offerings and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams.
• Highly driven, goal-oriented, and motivated to exceed targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Word and Excel.
• Prior experience as a Supervisor or Officer-in-Charge (OIC) in a leading retail store is essential.
