Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor/Managerial candidate for its Tagbilaran, Bohol location. The role focuses on achieving sales growth, managing daily store operations, merchandising displays, and delivering excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 5 years in retail, strong leadership and organizational skills, and the ability to coach and develop staff within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Required language(s): Filipino, English
• 5 years of working experience in Retail industry
• Excellent organizational, leadership, communications, people management, coaching, and merchandising skills
• Preferably Supervisor/5+ years experience in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure daily store operations are properly managed.
• Keep store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline employees; monitor and appraise job responsibilities.
• Provide constructive guidance to the team on operations.
• Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order own-use items and issue small notes as needed.
• Complete, update and report sales, staff hiring, assignments, cases to HQ and superior.
• Send documents related to HQ and superior.
• Work within established guidelines and SOPs.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by Asst Branch Manager/Branch Manager.
