Job summary

The Binondo Food Group in Makati is seeking a Store Supervisor to manage daily operations, ensure quality and cleanliness, and provide fast, courteous service to customers.

You will lead and coach store staff, schedule shifts, monitor attendance, and help achieve sales targets while overseeing inventory and cash handling and reporting. Join a team focused on reliable, organized operations and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• College graduate.
• Experience in food, retail, kiosk, or take-out operations; supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of basic inventory and cash handling.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
