Magna Prime Chemical Technologies, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Store Supervisor to run day-to-day operations of the store and attached warehouse in Mandaue.
You will be responsible for hitting sales targets, ensuring stock accuracy, and preventing loss while coordinating stock moves and deliveries. The role requires on-floor supervision, strong inventory management, and the ability to enforce store standards and customer service.
Runs the day-to-day operation of the store and its attached warehouse. Accountable for hitting the store's sales target, keeping inventory accurate and secure, and making sure stock moves in and out receiving, storage, picking, and delivery without loss, delay, or paperwork gaps. This is a hands-on role: the Supervisor is on the floor and in the warehouse, not behind a desk.
Hit the assigned monthly sales target; monitor daily sales vs. target and act on shortfalls before month-end.
Open and close the store; enforce store hours, grooming, and customer service standards.
Supervise cashiering verify cash count vs. POS report per shift, prepare daily sales report and bank deposit.
Handle customer complaints, returns, replacements, and warranty claims within company policy; elevate exceptions.
Maintain planogram compliance, price tag accuracy, product display, and promo execution on the selling floor.
Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving SKUs; recommend reorder quantities and markdowns for aging stock.
Supervise receiving: check deliveries against PO and delivery receipt for quantity, specification, and condition; reject or document discrepancies on the spot.
Enforce proper storage FIFO/FEFO, correct bin/rack location, weight, and stacking limits, segregation of damaged and for-return items.
Approve and monitor all stock movements: store-to-warehouse transfers, branch transfers, pull-outs, and returns to supplier.
Ensure picking, packing, and dispatch of customer deliveries are accurate and on schedule; validate delivery receipts and proof of delivery.
Conduct daily cycle counts on assigned SKUs and lead the monthly/quarterly full physical inventory; investigate and explain every variance in writing.
Keep system stock equal to physical stock no unrecorded issuances, no utang releases, no undocumented borrowing of stock.
Control warehouse access, keys, and CCTV coverage; implement loss-prevention measures against pilferage.
Maintain warehouse housekeeping, fire exit clearance, fire extinguisher validity, pallet and rack condition, and safe use of pallet jacks or forklift.
15. Monitor supplies and packaging materials; request replenishment before stock-out.
16. Prepare staff schedules, monitor endance and overtime, and approve leaves within manpower requirements.
17. Train new hires on POS, receiving, stock handling, and customer service; conduct regular coaching.
18. Evaluate performance, document infractions, and endorse disciplinary cases to HR following due process.
19. Submit on time: daily sales report, daily cash count, weekly stock status, monthly inventory variance report, and slow-moving/aging stock report.
20. Ensure all sales are covered by BIR-registered invoices/official receipts and that permits, licenses, and posted notices are current and visible.
21. Comply with company SOPs, occupational safety and health requirements, and applicable DOLE and LGU regulations.
