Qualifications

• Preferably a supervisor with 5+ years in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
• Willing to work in Marawi City, Lanao del Sur.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain the store’s reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor and appraise job performance.
• Provide guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Complete, update and report to HQ and supervisor.
• Submit documents related to HQ and supervisor.
• Work within established guidelines and SOPs.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
