Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure daily store operations are properly managed.
• Keep store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the sales area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store reputation by complying with laws and SOPs.
• Recruit, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor and appraise job responsibilities.
