Job summary

MR. DIY Philippines is seeking a capable Retail Store Supervisor for our M'Lang North Cotabato location. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, maintaining store standards, and leading a team to deliver excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 5 years in retail, and proven leadership; fluency in Filipino and English is required. This full-time position supports store operations and compliance with SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in any field.
• Fluent in Filipino and English.
• 5 years of working experience in retail.
• Supervisor level preferred with 5+ years experience.
• Amenable to work in M'Lang North Cotabato.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling areas.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline employees; monitor and appraise duties.
• Provide guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Ensure safety of employees and customers; maintain safe store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items needed.
• Complete, update & report to HQ & Superior (sales, new staff, assignments).
• Send documents related to HQ and Superior.
• Work within established SOPs and guidelines.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/Branch Manager.
