Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor for the Orani, Bataan store. You will lead daily operations, drive sales, set up gondolas, and ensure the store runs smoothly and safely.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree with 5 years in retail and strong leadership, coaching, and merchandising skills. Fluency in Filipino and English is required, and work will be in Orani, Bataan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree required.
• Must be fluent in Filipino and English.
• 5 years of working experience in retail.
• Supervisor/5+ years experience preferred.
• Based in Orani, Bataan.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for store's sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store stability and comply with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline staff; monitor and appraise responsibilities.
• Provide constructive guidance to team on operations.
• Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items and petty cash as needed.
• Complete, update and report sales, new staff hiring, assignments, cases to HQ and superior.
• Send documents related to HQ and superior.
• Follow established guidelines and SOPs.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
