Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Proficient in Filipino and English.
• 5 years of working experience in the retail industry.
• Strong organizational, leadership, communications, and people management skills.
• Coaching and merchandising skills.
• Preferably a supervisor with 5+ years in sales - retail/general or equivalent.
• Willing to work at 7S Panglao, Bohol.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store's sales growth and achievement.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations run smoothly.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling areas.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline staff; monitor performance.
• Provide guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment for employees and customers.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Prepare reports on sales, new staff, assignments, and cases to HQ.
• Submit documents to HQ and supervisors.
• Follow established SOPs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
