Job summary

Puregold Cainta is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor to lead daily operations, drive sales growth, and ensure outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree, has 5 years of retail experience, and demonstrates excellent leadership, organizational, coaching, and merchandising skills.

Responsibilities include setting up displays, maintaining a tidy store, recruiting and guiding staff, ensuring compliance with SOPs, reporting sales and staff updates to HQ,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in any field.
• Languages: Filipino and English.
• 5 years of experience in retail industry.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Preferably supervisor/5+ years in sales - retail.
• Amenable to work in Puregold Cainta.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize & arrange merchandise in selling areas.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, training, coaching & disciplining staff; monitor performance.
• Provide constructive guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Protects employees & customers by providing a safe & clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order own use items & small notes as needed.
• Complete, update & report to HQ & Superior.
• Send documents related to HQ and Superior.
• Work within established guidelines & SOP.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
