Job summary

You will manage merchandising, staff training, and customer service while reporting to HQ. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 5 years in retail, and strong organizing, coaching, and people-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field is required.
• Fluent in Filipino and English.
• 5 years of working experience in the Retail Industry.
• Preferably Supervisor with 5+ years experience in Sales - Retail/General.
• Amenable to work in Liliw Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Drive the store's sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations are well managed.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the store.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling areas.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Uphold store security and legal compliance.
• Recruit, select, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor and appraise.
• Provide guidance to team for effective operations.
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment for employees and customers.
• Handle daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Report sales, staffing, assignments to HQ and superiors.
• Transmit documents to HQ and superiors.
• Follow SOPs and established guidelines.
• Other duties assigned by Asst Branch Manager/Branch Manager.
