Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor for Victory Central Mall Sta. Rosa (VSTS) to lead in-store sales growth and daily operations. The role requires strong leadership, coaching, and merchandising skills to drive customer service and profitability.

You will oversee staff, organize displays, ensure compliance with SOPs, and maintain a safe, tidy store environment while reporting to HQ and supervising managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Languages: Filipino and English.
• 5 years of working experience in retail.
• Strong organizational, leadership and communication skills, people management, coaching, and merchandising abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales growth and achieve targets.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean at all times.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling areas.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store compliance with legal requirements to protect store reputation.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline staff; monitor and evaluate performance.
• Provide guidance to the team for effective operations.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment for employees and customers.
• Handle daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Complete, update and report sales, staffing, assignments and incidents to HQ and supervisor.
• Submit documents to HQ and supervisor.
• Follow SOPs and established guidelines.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Asst Branch Manager/Branch Manager.

• Set up of gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Keeping the store tidy and clean.
• Organize & arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greeting & Serving Customer.
• Maintain stability & reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruiting, Select, Training, Coaching & Disciplining employee; monitoring & appraising job responsibilities.
• Provide constructive guidance to team on effective operations.
• Protects employees & customer by providing safe & clean store environment.
• Daily Bank-in of store sales.
• Stocking & Order Own Use Item & small notes needed.
• Complete, Update & Report (Sales, New Staff Hiring, Assignment, Case) to HQ & Superior.
• Sending Document related to HQ and Superior.
• Working within established Guideline & SOP.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
