MR. DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Manager for Montevista Davao De Oro to lead daily retail operations and drive sales growth.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5 years of retail experience, and strong organizational, leadership, and people-management skills. Fluency in Filipino and English is expected, along with merchandising expertise. This full-time position offers hands-on leadership and adherence to store standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Filipino and English are required.
• 5 years of experience in the Retail industry.
• Supervisor experience preferred (5+ years).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling areas.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, train, coach, and supervise employees; monitor performance.
• Provide guidance to the team on operations.
• Ensure employee and customer safety in the store.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Report to HQ on sales, staffing, and assignments.
• Submit documents to HQ and supervisors.
• Work within SOP guidelines.
• Perform other duties assigned by Asst Branch Manager/Branch Manager.
