Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
• Fluency in Filipino and English is required.
• 5 years of retail experience is preferred.
• Supervisory experience of 5+ years is a plus.
• Amenable to work in Brgy. Bannuar, San Juan, Ilocos Sur.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales growth and achievement.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling areas.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store compliance with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline staff; monitor and appraise duties.
• Provide guidance to the team on efficient operations.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment for employees and customers.
• Daily banking of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Complete, update and report to HQ and supervisor.
• Submit documents related to HQ and supervisor.
• Work within established SOPs and guidelines.
• Any other duties assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
