Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor for the Vigan area. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5 years in retail, and strong leadership with excellent organizational and merchandising skills.

Fluency in Filipino and English is required, and experience in supervising teams is preferred. Responsibilities include driving sales growth, managing daily operations, guest service, merchandising, staff recruitment and coaching, and ensuring compliance with SOPs while

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store's sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure daily store operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor and appraise duties.
• Provide guidance to team on effective operations.
• Protect employees and customers by keeping a safe and clean store.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Complete, update and report to HQ and superior.
• Submit documents to HQ and superior.
• Work within SOP and guidelines; perform other duties as assigned.
