MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor for Victory Central Mall Sta Rosa to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer service to shoppers.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree, has about 5 years of retail experience, and demonstrates strong leadership, organizational, coaching, merchandising, and people-management skills. You will recruit, train, and guide the team while ensuring SOP compliance and store safety.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and growth targets.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily operations are properly managed.
• Keep store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor performance.
• Provide guidance for effective operations.
• Ensure safe and clean store environment for staff and customers.
• Handle daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stocking and replenishment of items as needed.
• Report sales, staffing, and assignments to HQ and supervisor.
• Submit documents to HQ and supervisor.
• Work within SOPs and guidelines.
• Other duties assigned by Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.

• Daily Bank-in of store sales.

• Complete, Update & Report (Sales, New Staff Hiring, Assignment, Case) to HQ & Superior.
• Sending Document related to HQ and Superior.
• Working within established Guideline & SOP.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
