Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is hiring for Store Supervisor/ Assistant Supervisor (Victory Antipolo). The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5 years in retail, and strong leadership and merchandising skills.

You will lead store sales, manage daily operations, and ensure a tidy, compliant store environment while coaching staff. Reporting to the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager, you will organize displays, recruit and train staff, and drive customer satisfaction in a bustling retail setting at Victory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field required.
• Fluent in Filipino and English.
• 5 years' experience in Retail Industry.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, communications, people management, coaching and merchandising skills.
• Preferably Supervisor with 5+ years in Sales - Retail/General.
• Amenable to work in Victory Antipolo.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize & arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline employees; monitor and appraise job responsibilities.
• Provide constructive guidance to team on effective operations.
• Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order own-use items; manage small notes.
• Complete, update and report to HQ and superior.
• Send documents related to HQ and superior.
• Work within established guidelines & SOPs.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
