MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor for RTM at Victory Central Mall Sta. Rosa (VSTS). The role focuses on achieving sales targets, organizing merchandising, and maintaining daily store operations with a strong emphasis on leadership and customer service.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree, has 5 years in retail, and speaks Filipino and English. You will lead a team, ensure compliance with SOPs, and collaborate with HQ on reports and staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in any field is required.
• Fluent in Filipino and English.
• 5 years of working experience in the Retail industry.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, communications, people management, coaching, and merchandising skills.
• Preferably Supervisor/5 years & Up experience in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
• Amenable to work in Victory Central Mall Sta. Rosa (VSTS).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greeting and serving customers.
• Maintain stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline employees; monitor and appraise job responsibilities.
• Provide constructive guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stocking and ordering own-use items; small notes as needed.
• Complete, update and report (Sales, New Staff Hiring, Assignment, Case) to HQ & Superior.
• Sending documents related to HQ and Superior.
• Work within established guidelines & SOP.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
