Qualifications

• Experience as supervisor/5+ years in sales - retail/general.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements to protect store reputation.
• Recruit, train, coach, discipline staff; monitor and appraise responsibilities.
• Provide constructive guidance to team on operations.
• Maintain safe and clean store environment for employees and customers.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items; manage petty cash.
• Prepare and report sales, new staff hiring, assignments, cases to HQ/Superior.
• Submit documents to HQ/Superior.
• Follow SOP and guidelines.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Asst Branch Manager/Branch Manager.
