You will handle merchandising, staff coaching, customer service, stock management, and compliance with company SOPs, reporting to the Assistant Branch Manager.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's/College degree required.
• Fluent Filipino and English preferred.
• 5 years of experience in the retail industry.
• Strong organizational, leadership, communications and merchandising abilities.
• Experience as a supervisor is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Oversee store sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily operations run smoothly.
• Keep store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling areas.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements to protect store reputation.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline staff; monitor and appraise duties.
• Provide constructive guidance to the team on operations.
• Protect staff and customers by maintaining a safe and clean store environment.
• Handle daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items for own use and maintain records.
• Complete, update and report sales, new staff hiring, assignments to HQ and superiors.
• Submit documents related to HQ and superiors.
• Follow established guidelines and SOPs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up of gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Keeping the store tidy and clean.
• Organize & arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greeting & Serving Customer.
• Maintain stability & reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruiting, Select, Training, Coaching & Disciplining employee; monitoring & appraising job responsibilities.
• Provide constructive guidance to team on effective operations.
• Protects employees & customer by providing safe & clean store environment.
• Daily Bank-in of store sales.
• Stocking & Order Own Use Item & small notes needed.
• Complete, Update & Report (Sales, New Staff Hiring, Assignment, Case) to HQ & Superior.
• Sending Document related to HQ and Superior.
• Working within established Guideline & SOP.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
