Job summary

mr-diy-philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor in Roxas to drive sales growth and lead a retail team. You will set up merchandise displays, manage daily operations, and ensure a clean, compliant store environment.

The role requires 5 years in retail, a Bachelor's degree, and strong leadership and coaching abilities to train staff and improve store performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• 5 years of retail experience.
• Fluent in Filipino and English.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure daily operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize & arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store reputation by complying with laws.
• Recruit, select, train, coach & discipline staff; monitor & appraise.
• Provide guidance to team on operations.
• Protect employees and customers with safe environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Update & report (Sales, New Staff Hiring, Assignment, Case) to HQ & Superior.
• Send documents to HQ and Superior.
• Work within SOP and guidelines.
• Any other duties assigned by Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
