Job summary

MR DIY Philippines in Angeles is seeking a Store Supervisor / Assistant Supervisor to lead daily store operations and drive sales growth while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills, plus at least 5 years in retail. You will recruit, train, coach staff, organize merchandise, and ensure compliance with SOPs and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field required.
• Proficient in Filipino and English.
• 5 years of experience in retail industry.
• Strong organizational, leadership, communication and people management skills.
• Supervisor experience or 5+ years in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure store daily operations are properly managed.
• Keep store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling areas.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store’s reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline staff; monitor and appraise duties.
• Provide guidance to team on effective operations.
• Ensure safe and clean store environment for employees and customers.
• Handle daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order internal use items as needed.
• Complete, update and report sales, staffing, assignments to HQ and supervisor.
• Send documents to HQ and supervisor.
• Adhere to SOPs and guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Asst Branch Manager/Branch Manager.

• Sending Document related to HQ and Superior.
• Working within established Guideline & SOP.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
