Job summary

MR.DIY Philippines in Bacolod is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead daily retail operations at Amar Plaza. You will drive sales, set up gondolas, manage merchandise, and ensure compliance with SOPs.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5 years in retail, strong leadership and people management, and excellent organizational skills. You will recruit, train, coach staff, maintain store standards, and report to HQ with operational updates.

Qualifications

• 5 years of working experience in Retail Industry.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, communications, people management and coaching skills.
• Experience as a supervisor or 5+ years in Sales - Retail/General is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for store's sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure daily store operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling areas.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline employees; monitor & evaluate performance.
• Provide guidance to team on effective operations.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of the store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stocking and ordering items for own use and small notes.
• Complete, update and report sales, staff hiring, assignments to HQ and superior.
• Send documents related to HQ and superior.
• Work within established guidelines & SOPs.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
