Job summary

MR. DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor for its Bacolod Mansilingan branch to drive daily sales and ensure excellent retail standards. You will train staff, schedule shifts, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with HQ on promotions.

The ideal candidate will lead a team, manage merchandising, and uphold store operations while complying with company policies and legal requirements. This role demands strong communication, customer focus, and a commitment to MR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
• Proficiency in Filipino and English is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Retail Industry.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline employees; monitor and appraise responsibilities.
• Provide constructive guidance to team on effective operations.
• Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stocking and ordering own-use items and petty cash notes.
• Complete, update and report sales, new staff hiring, assignments to HQ & Superior.
• Sending documents related to HQ and Superior.
• Work within established Guidelines & SOP.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
