Job summary

MR. DIY Philippines is seeking a store supervisor in Iligan to drive sales and oversee daily operations. You will manage merchandising, staff training, and compliance while ensuring a safe and organized storefront environment.

Your role includes coaching the team, maintaining store standards, and reporting to HQ on sales and staffing metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Required languages: Filipino and English.
• 5 years of working experience in the Retail Industry.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure daily operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize & arrange merchandise in the selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain the store's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline employees; monitor and appraise responsibilities.
• Provide constructive guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stocking and ordering own use items and small notes as needed.
• Complete, update & report sales, new staff hiring, assignments, cases to HQ & Superior.
• Sending documents related to HQ and Superior.
• Work within established guidelines & SOP.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
