• Willing to work in Central Warehouse Malita.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure proper management of daily store operations.
• Maintain a tidy and clean store environment.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain the store’s reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach, and discipline employees; monitor and appraise job responsibilities.
• Provide guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for employees and customers.
• Handle daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items needed for store operations.
• Complete, update, and report sales, staffing, and operational data to HQ and superiors.
• Send related documents to HQ and superiors.
• Work within established guidelines and SOPs.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Assistant Branch Manager or Branch Manager.
