Job summary

Recruitify_HR is seeking a Store Manager for our client in Parañaque, Philippines. You will supervise daily store operations, manage inventory, and ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs to maintain service standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Management, 1–3 years of supervisory experience in Sales/Retail, and strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills to motivate staff and drive results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management or related field is required.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in Sales/Retail/General or equivalent.
• Adept in knowledge and handling of short and long term customer relations.
• Experience in formulating and execution of Target Marketing plans.
• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Specification
