Qualifications

About the role

Select Goods is seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Supervisor to join our team at our Cagayan de Oro location. This is a full-time position based in Misamis Oriental, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our retail store. As Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service, managing store staff, and driving sales performance. This position offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on the store's success whilst developing your leadership and retail management capabilities within a growing retail organisation.

Key responsibilities

1. Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

2. Manage and supervise store staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management

3. Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is clean, well-organised, and appealing to customers

4. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management regarding stock replenishment and ordering

5. Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally

6. Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators

7. Conduct regular staff briefings and training sessions to maintain service quality and product knowledge

8. Report on store performance, sales metrics, and operational issues to senior management

9. Ensure health and safety standards are maintained throughout the store

10. Handle cash management and point-of-sale procedures in accordance with company guidelines
