Robinsons Handyman Inc is seeking a dedicated Store Pharmacist for our Kawit, Cavite location. This full-time role oversees pharmacy operations, ensures regulatory compliance, and provides expert guidance on medications to our community.

The successful candidate will dispense medications, counsel patients, manage inventory, and supervise staff while upholding high standards of pharmaceutical care and customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or equivalent recognised by regulatory bodies.
• Valid pharmacist license/registration with regulatory authority.
• Minimum 2–3 years of professional pharmacy experience in retail.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, drug interactions and medication management.

Responsabilités

• Dispense medications accurately and safely according to prescriptions and guidelines.
• Counsel patients on proper medication usage, side effects, and drug interactions.
• Verify prescriptions for accuracy before dispensing.
• Maintain records of pharmaceutical transactions and controlled substances per regulations.
• Manage pharmacy inventory, ordering, receiving and stock rotation.
• Supervise staff and train on procedures and customer service standards.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical laws, regulations and company policies.
• Monitor patient medication therapy and identify potential issues.

Robinsons Handyman Inc is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Store Pharmacist to join our pharmacy team at our Kawit, Cavite location. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of pharmaceutical care and customer service to our community. As Store Pharmacist, you will be responsible for overseeing all pharmacy operations, maintaining compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, and providing expert guidance to customers on medication usage and health-related queries. This position is instrumental in building trust with our customers and ensuring their health and safety through professional pharmaceutical expertise and meticulous attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

• Dispense medications accurately and safely according to prescriptions and pharmaceutical guidelines
• Counsel patients on proper medication usage, potential side effects, and drug interactions
• Verify prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness before dispensing
• Maintain accurate records of all pharmaceutical transactions and controlled substances in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Manage pharmacy inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stock rotation of medications and supplies
• Supervise pharmacy staff and provide training on pharmacy procedures and customer service standards
• Ensure compliance with all pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and company policies
• Perform quality assurance checks to maintain the highest standards of pharmaceutical care
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, healthcare providers, and suppliers
• Monitor patient medication therapy and identify potential issues or concerns
• Participate in health awareness initiatives and community health programmes

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent qualification recognised by relevant pharmaceutical regulatory bodies
• Valid pharmacist licence and registration with the appropriate regulatory authority
• Minimum of 2-3 years of professional pharmacy experience in a retail or community pharmacy setting
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, drug interactions, and medication management
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex medical information in clear, accessible language
• Proficiency in pharmacy management systems and point-of-sale software
• Strong organisational and time management abilities to handle multiple responsibilities effectively
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all pharmacy operations
• Customer service-focused mindset with a genuine interest in supporting patient health and wellbeing
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards in the Philippines is preferred
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging customer situations professionally
