Job summary

Watsons Personal Care Stores (Philippines), Inc. invites applications for a Store Pharmacist to supervise pharmacy operations, ensure Good Pharmacy Practice, and act as Pharmacist-In-Charge in the store. You will lead regulatory compliance and train Pharmacy Assistants to uphold high service standards.

Responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, maintaining ROS/inventory accuracy, and supporting regulatory matters while delivering safe, efficient customer service in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed Pharmacist with understanding of Retail Operation Standards
• Experience or familiarity with Sales and Customer Service functions
• Newly licensed Pharmacists are welcome to apply and no prior work experience is required

Responsibilities

• Supervise pharmacy operations in-store ensuring profitability and compliance
• Act as Pharmacist-In-Charge and primary regulatory liaison
• Train and develop Pharmacy Assistants/Associates to ensure compliant operations
• Oversee digital services and ROS (inventory & till) processes
• Monitor store profitability and cost efficiency; support head in managing expenses
• Uphold health protocols and crisis management plans
• Build relationships with mall partners and professional organizations
