Responsibilities

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to ensure competitive and profitable selling prices
• Achieve monthly sales targets, develop customer relationships, conduct field visits and telemarketing, handle customer inquiries and complaints, and process sales orders/invoices
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying and engaging potential customers and clients within the assigned area of responsibility
• Monitor inventory and stock levels and make appropriate decisions regarding stock control and replenishment
• Supervise the proper handling, storage, and delivery of products to ensure their safety and timely distribution
• Monitor customers' Accounts Receivable to ensure that balances remain within approved credit limits and Company guidelines
• Ensure proper maintenance of service vehicles and implement security and safety controls to protect the store from criminal or fraudulent activities
• Monitor the overall condition and cleanliness of the store and ensure that it is maintained in a safe and orderly manner
• Ensure that customer issues are properly investigated, documented, and resolved in accordance with Company policies and procedures
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing appropriate assistance and timely solutions
