Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Management/Marketing is required.
• 6–12 months of cashier experience.
• Strong mathematical proficiency.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Tactful and with a pleasing personality.

Responsibilities

• Release funds for approved expenses.
• Prepare and issue vouchers for expenses.
• Disburse and replenish funds as necessary.
• Conduct over-the-counter sales transactions.
• Conduct cash counts during the first hour of the morning and before closing the books at the end of working hours.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash count reports.
• Prepare and submit monthly AR reports on time.
• Record all sales transactions in the Sales Book (BIR-registered Book of Accounts).
• Record and reconcile all sales transactions, including collections, in the Cash Book.
• Prepare documents for bank deposits and other bank transactions, and deposit cash and checks to the bank.
