Job summary

JRT PHL in Sto. Tomas, Batangas is seeking a Store Lead to own daily operations of a modern convenience store with beverages, reheated food, and an attached warehouse. You will drive sales, ensure superb customer service, manage inventory, and lead a team to meet safety and quality standards.

The role requires a 4-year degree in a related field and 3+ years in similar operations, plus 1–2 years of supervision. Shifts and local base in Sto. Tomas are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a 4-year degree in Business or related field.
• 3+ years in retail/convenience or food-retail operations.
• 1–2 years of team supervision experience.
• Hands-on experience in store ops and inventory/warehouse control.
• Knowledge of food safety, GMP, FEFO, cold-chain, reheating, and hot-holding.
• Proficient with POS and inventory systems, Excel/Sheets.
• Valid food handler health certificate or willingness to obtain one.
• Willing to work shifts and be based in Sto. Tomas, Batangas City.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store opening and closing operations.
• Drive daily and weekly sales targets.
• Maintain excellent customer service and store presentation.
• Oversee beverage preparation and food service standards.
• Ensure proper food safety, hygiene, FEFO, and cold-chain practices.
• Oversee receiving, storage, replenishment, transfers, and inventory control.
• Conduct inventory counts and investigate stock variances.
• Manage POS, cash floats, sales reports, deposits, and petty cash.
• Prepare duty rosters and manage manpower based on store needs.
• Train, coach, and evaluate Store Crew.
