Job summary

Kultura Store Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a dedicated Store Manager to lead store operations, drive sales attainment, and deliver outstanding customer service across branches, including those inside SM Store.

You will supervise a team of supervisors and staff, manage staffing, inventory, and treasury where applicable, ensure compliance with company policies, and collaborate on marketing campaigns to grow the business while fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in retail management or supervisory role.

About the role

This full-time role primarily involving sales attainment, people management and customer service is crucial in ensuring the continuous success of our branches in Metro Manila, either standalone or inside SM Store.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage all aspects of store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management; meanwhile, counter operations and treasury functions are for standalone stores only.
2. Lead, motivate and develop a team of store supervisors and staff to drive sales and provide excellent customer service.
3. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and regulations.
4. Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute marketing and promotional campaigns.
5. Foster a positive and engaging work environment that promotes teamwork and employee satisfaction.

What we're looking for
