Job summary

Kultura Store, Inc. is hiring friendly Sales Clerks for our Metro Manila branches (Makati, Mandaluyong, Pasay, San Juan, Taguig and Quezon City). This full-time position offers a competitive salary and benefits, including premium pay on weekends and holidays.

You will welcome customers, help with product selection, keep displays neat, and work with the team to meet daily targets. Senior High School graduates are encouraged; training is provided.

About the role

URGENTLY NEEDED!

Kultura Store, Inc. is looking for friendly and people-oriented Sales Clerks to join our dynamic retail teams in our Metro Manila branches: Makati, Mandaluyong, Pasay, San Juan, Taguig and Quezon City. The role involves interacting with and providing quick and efficient service to our customers. This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing a warm and welcoming shopping experience for our customers
2. Assisting customers with product selection, special orders and answering queries
3. Maintaining a clean, organized and visually appealing store environment
4. Replenishing and organizing product displays
5. Collaborating with the team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets

What we're looking for

1. Completed at least Senior High School
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills
3. Excellent customer service orientation
4. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
5. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays (with premium pay)
6. Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required
