Job summary

CASAMIA FURNITURE CENTER, INC. is seeking a Store Manager to oversee selling activities and staff for attaining sales targets at SM Bacolod. You will plan and direct store operations, manage merchandising, and drive customer engagement.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–5+ years of managerial experience in store operations, preferably in retail or related sectors. Immediate availability is a plus and relocation to SM Bacolod may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree graduate of any 4 year course.
• 3 to 5+ years managerial background in overall store operations (retail/food/or any similar experience).
• Experience in the Furniture industry, B2B and Corporate Selling is a plus
• Candidate must have communication skills, strong leadership and managerial skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning, controlling and directing selling activities and personnel for the attainment of sales targets.
• Execute directions and sales strategies to achieve or improve on sales targets.
• Ensure that store is adequately manned and that personnel shifts are properly scheduled considering sales transactions trends and for fulfilment of non-sales activities.
• Ensure high levels of customers’ satisfaction through excellent service and handle customer complaints.
• Maintain standards for cleanliness and orderliness in the selling area and ensure proper merchandise presentation.
• Coordinate with Merchandising and Consignors on stock and pricing and monitor stock movement.
• Conduct personnel performance appraisals and coordinate with HR to hire the right candidates.
