Job summary

OUR HOME (Casamia Furniture Center, Inc) is seeking a Store Manager to oversee all selling activities and personnel across our outlets in Metro Manila. You will drive sales targets, ensure top-tier service, and manage daily store operations, including staffing, stock, and display standards.

The role requires 3-5+ years of retail management experience, preferably in furniture, with a strong leadership mindset and a focus on customer loyalty and brand growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any 4-year course.
• 3-5+ years managerial background in retail or store operations.
• Experience in Furniture industry, B2B and Corporate Selling is a plus.
• Strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute directions and sales strategies to achieve or improve on sales targets.
• Propose innovative ideas to increase market share.
• Ensure that store is adequately manned and that personnel shifts are properly scheduled.
• Ensure high levels of customers’ satisfaction through excellent service.
• Handle customer complaints and promote goodwill.
• Coordinate with Merchandisers and Vendors on stock and display needs.
