Job summary

Recruitify_HR is seeking a passionate Store Manager to lead one of JINS Philippines retail stores in Metro Manila. The ideal candidate has a solid background in retail operations, a love for customer service, and a desire to grow with an expanding international brand.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, train staff, monitor sales and inventory, ensure visual standards, and coordinate promotions with Head Office.

Qualifications

• With experience as a Store Manager in Retail.
• At least have experience managing a retail store.
• No specific educational background is required, but candidates should be able to communicate in English to some extent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
• Lead, motivate, and train store staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales goals.
• Monitor sales performance, inventory, and store profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high visual merchandising standards.
• Coordinate with the Head Office for store promotions, events, and inventory planning.
• Handle customer inquiries and feedback in a professional manner.
