Robinsons Department Store Dagupan branch is seeking a Store Manager who will lead store operations and drive sales with a customer-first mindset.

Ideal candidate has a four-year degree in business or related field and 3–5 years of managerial experience in retail or service sectors, with strong communication skills and willingness to work shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Determines profitability/P&L of the assigned store and develops action plans to ensure business success.
• Meets or surpasses the sales target of the department within the specified period.
• Attends to customer inquiries and complaints for immediate action and solution.
• Knows and understands the brands, styles, sizes, trends, and materials of all merchandise under the department.
• Serves as a role model in complying with company policies and ensures staff compliance.
